Privacy

Sam Jordan Cars Ltd (company number 07787648) is responsible for the personal information you give through this website.

What I collect. When you send an enquiry I receive the details you type in: your name, email address, telephone number, message and how you'd like me to reply. I use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you buy a car, to complete the sale.

Who else sees it. The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes enquiry forms on my behalf. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

How long I keep it. Enquiries that don't lead to a sale are deleted within 12 months. Sales records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Cookies. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing sales@samjordancars.com. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
